Drove mehran 2006 with out engine oil......help on issues please

hi all.
i drove mehran vx 2006 (its on petrol no gas) 200 kms (speed was between 100 and 120 km/hour) and it was just fine. next day on my way back, the engine started knocking sound. i m a vehicle-newbie...a person stopped by and told me its the crank and i can drive as long as it goes and then call the emergency motorway service. i drove it another like 2 kms b4 the knocking sound went to bad. i stopped and called the emergency mobile workshop who inturn told me that i was driving with out engine oil. they filled it and asked me to keep speed under 50 and see a workshop when i m home.

my questions are
1. where the oil went in the first place? was it coz i was driving "mehran" at 120 kms/ hr?
2. what possible damage have been inflicted to my engine? can it be recovered fully? would the damage be recoverable from such a situation?

  experts here please help.

your car did not heat up? what is the condition now.. like after refilling the oil, knocking still there?

thanks bro. the heat sensor needle was normal. i did not drive too hard or too long once that knocking arose. after filling in the oil. it still knocks. its sounds like dodge charge.......tar tar tar tar ........its mehran damn it not a dodge charger.........what maximum could have happened

first check your tappeds + valves and ofcourse if it is crank than be prepared for 20k expense .....
just bcoze you drove your car without engine oil. your engine could be severely damaged inside you must not drive it more or it could get ceased.

and for the spilled oil it could be loosen nut or your ring pistons were in bad condition they could have burned all the oil.

i personally won`t drive mehran at such speed they are not built for such speeds or long routs in my opinion.

to get exact check of your car engine it needs compression test. That is the best to start with. post back the results and you get suggestions

If fake oil is used previously, it vanished too quickly. May be burnt. I have experienced the same.

did u have any smoke prior to this instead? how are the rings and valves? you need to trace how and where the oil escaped. Did you see the Oil pressure indicator flash?

You may be able have the big end bearing replaced from sump.

Bro.....it will work fine once the problem identified and rectified...though it may cost you around 20k for replacement of some parts...but first compression test is necessary.
