Yes.I am using a Volta dry battery in my car from last 2.5 years and is still going strong.
Actual dry batteries are far too expensive. You can get sealed wet batteries. Hankook is generally a safe option.

From Pakistan Battery, Saddar, Rawalpindi. I guess it was around PKR 5000/-. back then. But they do not have it in stock because they had complaints. I can vouch for Hankook though.

Batteries surprise you specially if you have an automatic car. Manual car can be "dhaka" start while automatic cannot be so always keep the jumper cable with you.
Dry battery at least saves you from fumes directly saving your health + under bonnet corrosion
how many Aampair of the battery are u using? is 65 amp is suitable
