Dual Battery Setup (good electricians in Islamabad?)

Hi, since winter is upon us, I'm getting ready to for some camping and touring excursions. I have a van, and want to install a second battery for charging gadgets and other accessories, as an off-grid power backup. There's a bunch of YouTube videos on dual battery setups, but I was wondering if anyone can recommend a decent mechanic in Isb/Rwp who would be capable of installing this system.
