Dual Fan Radiator Setup

Hello every1.

Is there any harm on putting a puller in the back and a pusher fan on the front of a radiator???

If its OK then what should be the ON/OFF setting manual or automatic or else??

You Mean To Say One Fan Suck From Outside And The Fan Opposite To It Sucks From It.....!
Well It Works But I Am Just Curious To Know If You Have Enough Space To Do It.....!
Connections...Depends..Make One Direct...One On Thermostat Or Both Direct.....

bhai itnay pankhay lagay kay karo gay kya??? hawa main urrr jaey gi app ki gari, anyways beside jokes, @SER_GTR is rite, is there any space to do it??? and if u do it, dont forget to install the relays and the connection put it direct dont give the load to the IGNITION like in MEHRAN those idiots gave the connection of the RADIATOR FAN on the ignition.

You mean i should put a switch to control the fans and bypass the automatic thermostatic control?/

I dont want a too cool engine All i want is just the right temp 82C.

which car?if ther is space try installling a fan adjacent to the previous one to cover whole element/radiator...what ever u say

There was this alternative proposed and indeed adopted by a few people. What they do is that they install a fan on the car's bonnet that sucks hot air out of the engine bay. And to hide it they use large scoops. A solution that is viable for AC Mehrans.

if there is a room for fans, I dont think there is harm in it doing so, thats what an A/C cars do mostly by applying one or 2 extra fan when A/C is in operation. but best solution that I can recemond is get a better radiator installed so you can have a good engine temp without the noise of fans in normal conditions.

yes it is very succesfull technique,i applied in my cultus
i took another fan of 12 blades ( it cost me in Rs.1450 from tariq road) & i put this fan in addition to my original fan from same side with little distance & then after that i put both of my fan direct with 1 small cutout & 2 fuses
all fan,cutout ,2 fuses,some wires, electrician charges overall costs me in Rs.1800 from bashir autos & ac in tariq road( while before that i get my radiator serviced in Rs. 180 & i put green coolant in it which cost me Rs.300 )
after that result was 100% improvement

I have been asking many about the 3 core radiators but 90% of them say not effective as 2 core. What do u say??

The dual fan setup clicks me. Tell me if any improvements can be done i mean relays what value etc.

no need of changing radiator
just get it completely serviced then fill only with green good quality coolant ( not with turtle sign local coolant ) get original one from honda or toyota 3s dealer only
. then put 12 blade/plate fan & put both fan direct

Change your existing fan with a high RPM/Watts motor, go for a larger size fan.
