I have lost Original File of my Suzuki Mehran 2011 Model registered on my own name Punjab Registration having Smart Card.
For issuance of Duplicate File I visited Suzuki Regional Office alongwith copy of FIR, Newspaper Add, Smart Card but they didn't issue me Duplicate file rather simple one paper with Official Stamp mentioning that Pak Suzuki has sold this Suzuki Mehran Engine ne No 12345, Chassis No 12345 Vehicle to Mr XYZ.
Now when I want to sale, Buyer asks for Duplicate file but Suzuki Regional Office didn't issue that even.
Plz tell me the solution what to do now. Do they issue Duplicate File or just this same simple Paper as they have issued me. Thank you
