Duty free for 800 CC cars

As we all know that 800 Cc cars will be duty-free by the government,
My Concern is that is 600 Cc Japanese cars like Mira, Nissan days, etc will have any effect as per this duty-free law, which are imported from different countries and already selling and purchasing in Pakistan in a huge amount. I will appreciate to the point answer. Thanks

This 800cc thing is only for cars produced locally not imported cars.
