If a disable or special person have the income of 10~20 k the he/she is entitled to import the car ? it look like ordinary pakistani have the salary is 50k what the govt thinking ? :S
one need to have minimum of 10 years old NTN and he should be regular tax payer from the last ten years. this is the main criteria which they didnt mention in the news
