My father sent us some unstitched clothes through Pakistan post which were bought from Pakistan and there was some problem in cloth quality and color so they sent some of them back to get them change but unfortunately custom officers at lahore gpo confiscated the parcel after 2 weeks i checked their website, track down the parcel and it was mention there related to customs, next day i went there and they told me that i would have to 11k duty in order to receive my parcel i told them that i dont do business or sale/purchase of clothes these were bought from Pakistan etc, they didnt agree and i return back, talked to dad and they asked some peoples, some says you have to pay some says no, Now tell me if there is duty on clothes or not?
