If you dig-out this forum, you will found that Dhoom is very good bike regarding Body Parts and regarding engine, most of Pak Wheeler termed it as inferior or lesser quality engine.
However, it totally depends on experience, one of my friend has "Hi-Speed" and he is so much satisfied and he said that this bike very good for steep sloppy road, like Murree and Khanpur areas.
I will suggest, you may look your area and observe which bike is mostly seen, study about that bike, it will be easy to find spares, services and re-sale as well.
