Yes, the vanos m54 you have, utilises the vanos to position the intake in such a way that it sucks in exhaust gases, there is no external valve.

Changed the throttle but no luck. I inspected the DISA valve O-ring and it was all covered with silicon. Also I did the vacuum test on DISA. The valve doesn't hold vacuum. Here is the video with very light throttle. The rpm is not stable in neutral from here I can suspect its something related to the intake. Can it be a faulty IACV or vacuum leak? The intake manifold pressure values and MAF values also change with the fluctuation.

The car idles perfectly but if I give it a very little throttle the RPM starts jumping like in the video

You are not diagnosing it properly. Throwing parts at the car hoping to fix it is a fools exercise.

I had told you earlier that its not your throttle at all. Check its function correctly while conected to a scan tool.

You are right but in the test how would I know if the TB is not fluttering. Also checked the transmission data it does not has TCC lock up command and Slip etc. I'm suspecting the DISA valve has a slight leak

I reset the adaptation values and drove the car for 20-25 km's but I only see the adaptions values against the clutch C. WIll it take more time to adapt?

Although I'm pretty sure now its the transmission issue. Visited almost 10+ very renowned workshops and none of them could identify if the issue is in the tranny or engine. After swapping all sensors and almost everything on the engine they weren't left with anything other than the tranny. I met the Humsafar guy he was very helpful but sadly he does not repair these tranny's. I don't know what do people do at this point specially in ISB/RWP. There is not even a single workshop who can diagnose the problem or at least have the right softwares/tools to identify the problem rest aside repairs.

The car runs okay in the Ds mode. I just want to know which solenoid or clutch is disengaged in the Ds mode

I'm still hopeful the transmission can be brought back to life as there is no code in the tranny it shifts smooth and nicely. Although I can listen to the TC whine in the S mode while decelerating.

@Xulfiqar I dont think its the E clutch thats failing. E clutch is engaged in >=4th gear. The issue starts in >=3rd gear. Its something which does not work in the first 2 gears and neither in the S mode

I dont see any combination that exists in first 2 gears only. Can you please help looking at the shifting matrix @Xulfiqar @rajaatta

I think if the clutches are slipping and they all come packed together then you should consider getting an oem clutch pack kit and get it overhauled or just get a used transmission.

And also post on some gora forums especially Facebook ones. Several good mechanics and even BMW technicians can be found there who should be able to give you good advice in addition to Xulfiqar.

Clutch slippage is different. You cant accelerate the car if the clutches are bad. I read a gora forum. He had the exact same issue. He replaced the bridge seal and some tubular seals and could cure the problem by 90% later he replaced the solenoids as well and the issue was resolved 100%. Zulfiqar advised the same. I will order bridge seals and tubular seals also I got hands on the service manual for this tranny. I will check the resistance of the solenoids. Could be a bad solenoid like Lancers ugly stepper motor. Lol

Another gora said if the transmission has yet not thrown a code it still has some health in it and can be fixed. Once it starts to slip you will need a major overhaul or a new tranny.

Already headed in worng direction diagnosis.
Redo the diagnosis from step 1.
As you are new to diagnosis get it done step by step and don't miss any step or you will end up in a loop hole
