Easyload issue, can someone help?

Hello All,

Can anyone help here. BY mistake I gave the easyload man the wrong number on which to pay my zong internet bill
I went back to him within 30 minutes to correct the mistake. I called Zong too. They told me they cant do anything. And that I have to tell the easyload person to call 170 and request to give the money back.
He did and told me they told him three days. ANOTHER easy load man told me that it can be done in 20 minutes. So is this guy saying crap. As he told me to come to him for three days and if he gets the money then only he can give it to me.

is there any hope here? Will I get it back?

Secondly can an LCD screen on a samsung galaxy note 3 be easily replaced and does anyone know the cost?

Usually if someone pays the bill on a different # through easyload then the problem can be solved within 15-20 mins. I have made the same mistake twice & had it resolved by asking the shopkeeper. He said it will be done; i just had to provide him with the correct #.

I dont know the price of an LCD for note 3 but i do know that it is replaceable.

I tried to get the money back was 4k but the easy load man said cant be done...i thought he was lying went there to give it to him but then I made him call 170 again and I actually heard the person on the other end tell him that for three days they have tried to contact the person who themoney went to but they have not responded so my money cannot be reimbursed!!
I feel companies should have more dedicated outlets or enable the easy load people to actually be able to identify the name of the account the money is going into before putting the cash in..............

I tried to get the phone fixed at haroon market but he said due to water also going in some rust has occured inside the phone so it cannot be done ...I could not believe it as it is my sis phone.....I think I will try to sell it now and see what happens...

Easy load can be taken back if its sent to wrong number, but you gotta inform the retailer quick.
