Dark wood looking very good but ur car is pre face lift so choice is urs. At the end its our own choice but if I will manage some savings I will get the dark wood inshaAllah from toyota like optimus did though my car is also prefacelift.

^ Its known as skin fitting, Plus theres a slight stitching (turpae) on the seats where lines are intact on the seats.

Earlier they used to put steel rods, People thot rods damage the seats, And it they bend inside they can damage the seat cover as well. So now they do stitching, its better.

how much u paid for fitting alone and how much for the seatcovers?

When you drive the car on CNG what the fuel economy and range calculator shows, does it shows data for gas or only petrol.

Dont know about the seperate costs, But the whole deal was for Rs.4500, then i wanted a matching steering cover so it costed rs.200 extra.

The basic cost was for the seat covers, they were better quality, the same thing can be done from 2500 to 3000 as well, The quality of the rexene varies.

The Baleno ones were made for rs2200 or rs2500 (dunt remember) in year, 2005.

I would say go for the post facelift dark one, just put them side-by side you will see the difference.

It does not show any fuel economy or range calculation.

To attain skin fitting there is a minute stitching on the seat hears a pic where the stitching is done, theres extra cloth inside the seat cover, thats stitched on the seat, When removed, its un-notice-able, Literaly invisible as only a pin is passed on the seat.

Other then that these are as normal as other seat covers, the top and bottom pulled to the most and attatched with clips under the seat.

The loose fitting has a elastic/Dhaga/or rassi tied up under the seat, which gets loose with time.

@optimum, Also tell where did u get the retractable side mirror kit, and what was the alteration made to the car, in terms of wiring/parts etc.

Got the parts for the side mirrors from Plaza, there was no alteration to the wiring or anything for that matter, only 2 new wires were added to the grip behind the mirror controls, since i got the altis oem bolt-on motor.

give me a buzz before going to buy them, ill tell you all the parts you require and the people you can get them from.
