@Xulfiqar @SER_GTR @Hassan1991 how to set distributor timing with out timing gun as the distributor timing is full advance in my case if i rtr the timing the pick become weak so that i keep the distributor full advance furthermore it could be a reason of high idle rpm ?

You need a timing gun to set the timing. Its done by shorting the te1-e1 pins to put into timing set mode.

And yes it will have unstable rpm if timing is fully advanced.

You also need to understand that there is no spec for idle speed for this engine, it idles between 800-900 rpm, it will hang idle to 1200 rpm when the car is creeping or the ecu detects higher load.

Adjust It At 8-10 Degree BTDC Using Timing Light... Can't Get Adjusted W.o It

Put In Diagnose Mode..Adjust... Follow Instructions As in FSM.!

Yes but without any load it should operate normally. This feature should be in action when called this has become headache for me as i have changed the throttle body now the butterfly (coin) is in perfect shape but still the issue is almost same

Have made a juggar wd old TB by blocking the IACV and by advancing the butterfly the rpm is stable at 800rpm when the car is at optimum temp but it was making trouble on cold start as i have to keep rpm at 1000 for some time which is also not practical I can't do it at every cold start so placed that Kabuli TB again now its going good Alhamdolillah

@hassan1991 @Xulfiqar @SER_GTR Bhae have changed TB mAp sensor and have connected other wires for other sensor Alhamdolillah everything has been done timing was advanced at max thora ratrd ki ha around 30% now m facing a problem like start k liye lemba self ly rhi ha this could be due to ignition timing although ab drive n acceleration bohet bohet soft n enjoyable hui hoe ha bs yeah mesla seedha kerna ha ab.
