I need help to repair the ecu for 5afe Corolla
the item blown away is a zener diode, it busted when there is a short circuit., check if there has been any moisture over the harness.

Keeping care of it. Suggested to check the connected components as well. Can be short.
It's not in my car for now i have to change this then i will install it in my car with 5afe engine . I got this in this condition I don't know how it was burnt by previous owner. Furthermore i want to know it can b directly installed with the same wiring og 4afe
Yes will check all the components then will install it for now m using 4afe ecu with 5afe .
@capsat have changed the zener diode and connected the broken pin but still the same the ECU failed to start the car any idea what should i check in ecu to make it alive
Ecu grounds the injectors to turn them on. Injectors get 12v from ignition. Trace the injector pin and go back. There will be low side driver to control injectors soldered on the board. In easy words IC.

Does your ecu put put 5v at the map reference circuit?
I don't know about this but i will. Check tomorrow can i check it by giving direct 12v from supply its but difficult bto check it by connecting inside the car i want to check it with multimeter is it possible to do this ? By giving direct supply to ecu all pins will give some response @Xulfiqar sir
I bought it from a Mechanic n thought it will be easy to make it by just replacing the zener diode and the damage print i did this but could be my bad its still not working . At this time m totally blind about the problem inside the ECU

Make sure all ground connections are good too, the main ecu ground is the bunch of brown wires near the thermostat housing.
@Xulfiqar Xulfiqar Sir all the grounds are good there is an ecu of 4afe present in my car and its working with 5afe i bought this sick ecu from a Mechanic to repair it and install it in my car with 5afe engine so i did what I could have changed zener diode 6.(r)2v and repaired the broken print m not literate of electronics but m doing my best to repair this sick ECU. Thats y i need the help from u for now i haven't seen any burnt diode or capacitor n have checked with multimeter . At this time 4 ics are left to checked

Does your current setup have a cam sensor in the distributor?
@Xulfiqar sir It doesn't have cam sensor ,today i attached the ECU there were 5v at some points and 12v at diodes Which are i thought for injectors when i give it ignition there was not current at pin out for injectors. M messed up with this ecu can u plz guide me k kon kon say points per out put kia ho gi i feel pity on me as i failed to repair the ecu till now.
