ECU modification for Suzuki Swift M14A

Hey guys,
Salaam,

I am a newbie to this car modification/hacking stuff. I am trying to figure out exactly how I can modify the ECU's parameters or at the very least view the performance logs for my Suzuki Swift 2010 model. I am having some weird mileage issues; I have the one suzuki in Lahore that has the worst mileage ever possible for Suzuki Swifts and I don't understand why.

So if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

^^ Whats the milage ur getting ? mention dat? and Why do u want to hack the ECU? Ur suzuki dealers can adjust it if anything is going wrong.. why not go to them?

Look for a thread of tausif@pw in today's post regarding unichip. It might be of some help for you.most suzuki 3s do not have software updates.

lol! swift has got M13A, and the sports version is M16A! M18A is also produced by suzuki outside pk!

I still dont get the purpose? this cant be true that nobody has it? when even have softs of almost all jap cars now!?

Hacking the ECU is just like changing the gear/sproket ratio in ur motobike... U can either run lean, or run rich.. play a little with other stuff and increase the acceleration or the top speed... either way u loose on one thing, the stock settings are already at an ideal mix! Dont forget that running lean might posses threat to ur clutch plates, result in engine knocking... and running rich would result in missing/ too much carbon deposit on the piston...

I dont understand how thats all helpful?
