Eden lane villas 2 lahore, advice required

Hi,
I'm thinking to buy a small house in eden lane villas 2 (Lahore). I've checked the LDA's site but its name is not appearing in approved societies list. Any property expert please guide me is it a good place to buy? If someone is already living there, please share your experience.

well as per my assessment its the best locality where u can buy a home in cheapest price in Lahore if u are short on budget....as far as i remember the price of 4.5 marla independent double story house was PKR 3.9 million a couple of months back

As per initial info provided by a contact in LDA, this society is not approved by LDA. I'll update if i get the further info.

Wait for the experts opinion, my two cents are stay away from any project of Eden group.

One should abstain from investing in undeveloped projects of eden group but these are fully constructed and developed houses with people living in them...I dont sense any harm...

I've now decided to buy 5 marla plot and start construction. I'm thinking to buy 5 marla in dream avenue society (raiwind road near bhobtyn choke ). Any advice or suggestion !!!!

Hi,

I own a house of 5 marla, upper/lower portion as single unit. Many people are living there. gated community and managed by the society. Possission is given to the owners some 3 years ago. It is nearing to ring road so can have incremental in future. Also a new road 150 Ft. from LDA avenue road to Jati Ummra is going to be connected as a parralel road to raiwind road. So good deal. I am interested in buying 5 or 3 marla home there can anyone guide me about the current scenario of these Eden Lane villas 2. Is it safe to purchase home and what about the resale value. Any good and authentic information will be appericated.
