Efi Margalla khyber?

Is it possible to swap suzuki Margalla carburettor unit with some efi unit of 660cc or 1000cc japnese car for fuel efficiency and stability. Plz shar your views abt this

easier to swap the whole engine :P, get your carb fixed, that is the only practical option

Bro fixed it several times but but pathatic average e.g not more than 8 to 9 kmpl with black smoke missing and jerks

Bro I dont know much abt that but I spent alot of money and time but change carburettor kit couple of times fuel filters etc ..... may I couldn't get some pro mechanics.

spending a lot of money does not equal a proper repair. Obviously the mechanic you visited did not do the job correct. How do you expect that a swapped setup will be better if your mechanic skills are so poor that he cannot adjust a plain old carburettor.

okay, i will post some pics tomorrow night, they will show you how a margalla carburetor looks like, when it is disassembled. I will tell you what to replace and what to clean. you tell your mechanic to open it and do as you say

This thing is free .... mixture is free not able to adjust air fuel . Mechanic said the lower body of carburettor where mixture is located needs to be replaced . And he change the jet pervious jets are 95 and 126 .he replaced the 95 size jet with 100. And install the carb but there is no change at all . He said there will be no change untill the mixture screw is not fixed. Now plz tell me is it possible to find lower body ?? And yes auto race function is also not working .can I find them in mkt and expected cost.

What piston? My khyber is a gas guzler, most of it because of the carburettor. Can you explain me a little so I can guide my mechanic.

P.S: Carburettor is adjusted many times by the mechanic (Carburettor repair kit is never used though) but no good, it emits black smoke and the exshaust has a lot of unburned fuel smell.

Buy a carb kit, there is only one piston in a carb, you will see it in kit

The piston is in the upper body of the carburetor, it isn't in the pics, it is called power piston, google to see how it looks

Replace the part where mixture needle is fitted, but stick to original jets

Btw it doesn't go bad so easily, that s part doesn't go bad unless someone tightens the mixture screws like a gorilla
