JDM cluster restored after after cleaning
Dash board minor cracks filled and sand for flexible paint works at front part of the dashboard, Foam filling replaced.
Primer applied and left for few days, after which lights , door handles, spoiler, trunk, side mirrors, will be removed and each individual parts will be painted together.

Head cleaned and ready ... net to assemble it and remove the main 14 size L key flat bolt to remove any residues inside.
Top ring clearance was set at 0.009 and mine came all spot on.
2nd ring all 4 came out to be 0.014 and all 4 oil rings got 0.018
I used plasti gauge in order to confirm main and rod bearing clearance and all came spot on
0.001 and 0.025
Torque out rod bolts to 23 ftlbs and mains caps 32 and 50 ftlbs, rotating nicely without anyissues
You got service manual stating all the torque specs?
Engine block assembly ready ...... but the pistons came a bit out from block surface while the doom is a bit higher.... seems like after facing the head 1mm and block surface 0.5mm it will create issues with compression and hitting the deck surface of the head.
I think it's not 1mm, its more than described...may be you need a thick gasket or double the gasket(Pakistani jugar)
