I always think it's not a good idea to have an electric aircon in your car. Although some say it is cost-effective and can work with the engine off, I don't recommend it. But the only thing that confuses me about this electric A/C that people have been talking about is whether it uses the car battery or has a battery of itself? Because if it uses the car battery, then you should never use it. Let me give you an example, two weeks ago, both my A/C and inverter spoilt, so I had to call these guys from https://www.airconservicing.org/type-of-aircon-service/ to tell me what happened. and to my surprise, it was because I was on my A/C with the power from my inverter and that the batteries were not capable for an A/C. So imagine if it is a car battery, that's why I think it's not worth it.
