Hard is for highway and hi speed driving. If you live in isb keep it at hard. Soft is for very rugged and off road scenarios like sand or rock climbing where the car moves around a lot. Medium is for broken roads etc. Hard gives you the most stability. Soft gives you comfort when the car is moving around a lot. Use these settings sometimes and even if you dont need to so the sustem remains in working condition
