You're draining your battery. How long do you sit in the car with the engine off and what exact accessories do you use? If you listen to anything and use your speakers at decent volume, and have lights or fans on, you'll drain the battery even faster.
You already replaced the battery with a new one, so I'm assuming it is of the correct size, capacity and crank amps rating.
Next, if you're not sitting for too long, your alternator may not be charging your battery fully, so you end up killing it over a few days through cranking and using your accessories.
But if you're sitting for too long with accessories on, you'll drain any size battery and be unable to start your car.
You can test your battery's stage of charge and alternator functionality at home with a cheap simple voltmeter.
You might also have a parasitic draw issue, but since you're unable to start your car after using accessories for a while, instead of first thing in the morning, that's something to investigate afterwards.
Utter nonsense. By that logic you should change your brakes and tires first to prevent your battery from running out while you're using it with the engine off.
