How much are you willing to spend on this?
Generally these are for two kind of users: disabled or lazy. But, because of their high cost only work for large and expensive (for us) motorbikes, like in the photos you shared.
Ready made complete systems (from USA) cost around US$1,000. Only the electromechanical linear actuator costs around US$150, its not an automatic/custom made device to change gears, so it will require an electronic controller which will control the position and length/direction of movement for shifting gears. China might have a cheaper solution.
In Pakistan, the bike customisers can incorporate a hand operated mechanical gear-shifter on the three wheeler custom bikes for disabled. It works for semi automatic (without clutch) engines, for manual engines they can put a modified clutch lever on the gear-shifter.
