Recently bought OBD 2 diagnostic kit, EML 327 blue-tooth from China for USD 15 including shipment charges through EMS.
This tool connects well with my Android HTC wildfire S through Bluetooth connection Sumsung Galexy Ipad. Many good applications are available for OBD and works very well. In-order to determine the port, I had to bring the technician to my home and asked him to show all the OBS ports on all vehicles.
Normally OBD2 ports follows the same standard with same Adopter and have same number of pins and fits well into most of the vehicles.
From 1997, all the vehicles manufactured follows OBD 2 standard and this device should work on your vehicle as well.
Maybe, you failed to trace the Adopter for OBD, ask some technician to show it to you. Previous owner must be really very stupid to cut all the wires. I don’t believe any one can do it.
