Eneos engine oil recommendation

Hello guys,

                 Few days ago I was passing by a attock petrol pump and saw a banner on the pump of eneos engine olis they are from Japan and attack is disturbing these olis so I through to give it a chance of there motorcycle oli in my bike searched google for the reviews and checked some reviews on Amazon of their fully synthetic oli and they are excellent according to the users on Amazon so I want to ask u guys has any one tried it if so then gave me some reviews of eneos engine olis.

eneos are original fill oils for quite a lot of stuff from Japan. e.g. their CVT fluid is filled in JATCO cvt units like in nissans and subarus. Their oils too.

whatever you do - dont buy oil because it sounds good - match your requirements to one of their products.

Sorry couldn't understand why u r recommending me not to buy their engine olis.
Any specific reason for that?

I said - you match your requirements to "one" of "their" products. - where did I say dont buy their products.

This was said because the usual case is that people go and buy their most expensive product made for race engines assuming its going to work in their passenger car engines. - It doesnt.

OK I just little bit understood.
As u just want to say about getting racing performance for an expensive oli as people would expect.
Yes u r right about it I m not expecting racing performance I know its for normal passenger cars/bikes.
Anyways now coming to the question.
How is the oli itself do u have any experience with eneos olis if so then share with me I m really interested in this oli.

i have seen engine oils at attock patrol pumps but don't know anything about them
and eneos is quite new name for me if i remember for motorcycle they had normal
normal engine oil with grade 20w50 don't know what api specification was it

you kindly share some more details about these engines oils if you can collect
for our old tech motorcycles fully synthetic oils may not prove good. These
engine oils have lower viscosity and are very expensive as well

Attock have there own portfolio of engine olis. But eneos engine oli has given its distributionship to attock pumps it will be only available on attock pumps and not in market. Yesterday I sent an email to eneos Pakistan about their 20-40 motorcycle oli and they replied that it is suitable for 1k kilometres and 0.7l bottles costs only 295PKR almost same as zic. So I m going to try it in few days and then will share my experience here eneos has their cars oli available also do check their website also and if any of your friends or relatives have experience of this oli do share with me.

just checked the website they have introduced good engine oil meeting
our bikes requirements and also our environment thats good

Yes I will try it as soon as I will complete 1k with zic currently my bike is 700km done with zic. But I m saying that u should also give it a chance as u r senior then me and can judge better then me. Try it just for a change.

Just came back from attock pump finally brought this oli for 310rs 0.7l bottle and got a liter fuel free I asked the pump guy that how much this oli lasts 1st one said that Japan ka oli hai acha chale ga. 2nd said 1500km but on first oil change I m not draging it more then 1k. Anyways will pour this oli after 1k with my current oli. Here r some pics:

this is API SG 20W40 - incredibly oldschool - suitable for honda CD70 though.

its an obsolete oil - btw - was this cheaper than other brands?

Don't know much about api rating using zic from past one year and as people says on PW that it has latest standards.

API SG is an obsolete standard. Its been obsolete for more than a couple of decades. But its usable in certain engines like honda cd70 etc - so thats why companies still blend it.

So what do u say should I stick to zic as I think its API SJ or use this oli as u said that its an obsolete standard so does it makes a difference in CD 70 engine.

If SG is obsolete and still being provided, then I doubt it's originating from Japan. Then this would make it oil produced by attock marketed as ENOS. I doubt they import it.

Eneo sell api SG world wide because there are old engine which still need such fulids even some transmission like Honda manual tranmission need this oil some old era car like santro,cultus,mehran need this oil
