Is there a simple breaker-style device that allows monitoring of energy consumption and also cutoff if consumption exceeds specific number of units/kwh? Need it for specific room, not entire house, so single pole (1P) is fine.

I saw this as well but it doesn't specifically mention if it allows automatically turning off the load if certain number of units/kwh have been consumed?
In the ewlink app there are options / can create a 'scene' where this can be done.
