Engine and Suspension help.. Urgent

can anyone tell me few things.
1) my Alto is driven 100k and now it throw white smoke sometimes or if full throttle, the engine sound is fine, not good and not bad. so is that the rings and valve seals only to be replaced or full overhaul? and estimate cost would be???

2) My car suspension is getting sick, i mean when 3 people sit at back, the car literally touch the speed breaker and scratch it hard. so what is needed to be done? and the front suspension is also making noise like on brakes or jumps. Estimated cost would be? and from where in karachi?? is "Gola Wala" good? ??

3) My car's water body pipe that connects to axel i guess is leaking and water is draining fastly, it needs to be changed, can someone tell me the estimated cost of that steel pipe?? i dont know but its around 1 foot or so.

PLEASE URGENT HELP IS REQUIRED....

In my opinion your smoke problem is due to faulty water body. It leaks water and car heats up. Over-heating causes cracks in gasket and oil & water leaks into combustion chamber causing smoke.
Water body of mehran is abt 950-1350 so alto's water body may be abt 1500-1600......
New gasket and labour charges may also reach to 1500-2000.

Suspension problem is due to the fact that ur rear springs have losen strength. Many of mechanics use packing to lift car but remember!!! NEVER EVER USE PACKING UNDER SPRINGS! It will destroy ur car's body. Try to get some reasonable springs. And oil the front springs which'll be 1000 round abt in cost.

1. Gas kit problem / weak rings.
   Solution new gas kit,new rings too.get ur radiator serviced or new one.
   cost of gas kit is 800-1000rs.
   Rings dont know. Labour is 2000-1800rs.

2.Get them check by a suspension specialist.he will advice further !

3.change all the water body pipes not just the steel one.steel one cost around 400-600rs,change ur radiator or get it serviced.

As your car has crossed 100k so timing belt replacement is compulsory!

Dear today i got that waterbody pipe thing done in my car. it costed me 1500 with labor. all the steel pipes were changed and rubber ones too. now the main thing is "Engine" and "Suspension", the mechanic says just overhaul the engine.. i dont know what but i guess he just want money and gave me an estimate of around 25k for overhaul.. i dont trust him.. i also think that its only the rings, valve seals and gaskit.... is there any good mechanic here in karachi who can tell me ?
And when i asked about suspension, he said u have to spend 20k for whole suspension , i was like wtf....

Welcome mate :).
Do the full engine overhaul.Its better to open ur engine once then opening it again and again.
which will cost u much.

Many mechanics want to make money and they'll mis guide you.
Nothing happens to car at 100k mileage if engine oil is changed at time and other maintenance is done. First u shud go for gasket replacement, this shud resolve white smoke issue. Otherwise if problem is still there then u shud do over-hauling of the whole engine. This is a delicate work to do engine boring, change rings, apply all seals..... So use over-hauling as a last option.

Not sure. Pistons hardly create any problem.
