Engine - Chassis Grounding

I took a piece of thick copper wire used for connecting subwoofers and three thimbles and created an engine and chassis grounding on my own to see the effect on performance as I have read in many places that it improves the performance...... blah blah blah

I connected one end on battary negative terminal and the other two on engine head cover and chassis respectively with bolts. You can see the bright red cable in the pix attached.

Took me 15 minutes to complete the routing and fitment.

I will post the results if any, but I doubt it will have any measurable results. Lets see.

new cars have ground problem i have noticed too if we have power amp or hid we should increase the ground by adding 14mm wire

for sure this creates the difference as i have already installed the ground stabilizer in my car and difference is there not only in amp / woofer etc but in the smoothness of the engine too !
i did attache one wire at generator also .

@fitsandy Welcome to Pakwheels bro. Good work on DIY. @noman111 It gets you better grounding for all electrical system specially if you have an AMP or HID. Also it results in engine smoothness. Cheers

@ the future today

i m having liana 2006 RXI with non FF CNG, also have woofer with AMP installed in it. using 38AH malaysian battery. Do this grounding will give me some benefit or useless

Yeah bro, it will be good if you use extra grounding when using high current extra equipment i.e. AMP.
