The easiest way is to take your vehicle to a honda dealership and ask them to scan the vehicle for error codes

I presume the car is Vezel/Fit, I just want to know whether you got the catalytic converter of your vehicle checked from some reliable workshop or not?

Sometimes, because of the usage of bad quality fuel, the catalytic converter of the vehicle gets chocked and these warning lights come up and you have to get it cleaned for these errors to be cleared.
