I have 1.3 vitz model 2006. Sometime its engine check yellow light switches on when i atop the engine and start it again that light indication switcjes off. Pls suggeat qhat are the possinle issues
Do you mean that it stays on when the engine is running / started or does the indication appear only when the ignition is switched on but the engine has not been started yet?
Its probably a sensor issue, can range from an airflow sensor to a speed sensor, only a scan can answer that
Scan your Car ECU and tell the error code/DTC code here starting with PXXXX.
