At the moment, exhaust tip is black due to unburnt fuel content, as previously radiator fan was direct, due to which ECU wasn't shifting to close loop mode.

AOA i have cultus 2007 today I attached the obd2 device, and this was the running data, i noticed that it went closed mode when engine temperature reached 88C while car was ideling. BTW is there anything wrong with LTFT and STFT, Timing etc or the data is fine?

the transistor which was damaged due to which the fan was running constantly i am also having the same issue i opened my ecu and findout that my transistor is blownup
Also can you please attach the picture of your bluetooth obd because i bought two of them from aliexpress and when i try to connect them using szviewer app it shows that they are fake elm327 v2.1
i will be very thankful to you if you can also tell me that from where did you bought it

oh ok ...
I got the ecu transistor replaced by an ecu repairing guy, paid him 500 after negotiations, initially he demanded 1500 considering me a noob.
I tried my best to find the transistor from electronics market but it wasnt available here in my town due to being a small city.
Wrna the transiator will hardly cost around 10 to 20 rupees and one can get it replaced by any TV or mobile repairing guy.
The ecu repair guy took it from a scrap ecu & installed it in mine.

regarding the scanner adapter ...

I have this ANCEL v1.5 obd2 adapter. Got it back in 2017 through a pakwheels member, inquired about the availability of same adapter for a frnd, from the same guy almost 6 months back, unfortunately he is no more dealing into these things.

This thing worked in every car almost, I personally used it in vitz all 3 gens, pkdm corolla, city, civic, swift, liana, cultus, vigo thai model, many 660's etc etc

It's quite expensive I have bought Vgate Elm 327 v1.5 from AliExpress with duty it cost me 1600 thought waited for 3 month because of lockdown issue.

No bro right now I have pulled it out actually it got severely choked due to dust because main road in front our home was under construction. I will use it again once I get my headers properly made including baleno TB and piggyback Installation.
