Good luck man. I hope this prob get resolved for you waisa in future if ur keeping this car for atleast 2 more years phir mera suggestion hai change the head if u got money and change ur condensor with the one i am using and also install in the same way.

Install Senden compressor and install 3 channel radiator i know a lot of kharcha lekin this will save all ur probs and a/c will cool like a brand new corolla

Ok Guys !! I am back ...

Got the Engine Head opened. When shown to "Kaharadiya" , he told us that the head has neevr been faced before, and it just requires little bit of facing. Head was faced.

During fitting it was observed that both timing seals were leaked ..:)...got them changed too....

When the Head fitting was about to complete, it was observed that few drops of Power Oil from Power Steering Pipe were leaked....got it wled on the spot ...

Finally the car was started and then it was adjustment for AC Vaccuum system in carburettor. I do not know Why it took so long to adjust CNG/AC setting ....Initially whenever the AC is truned on the engine RPMs go down (ideally it should rise)...The adjustment has been made but I am not fully satisfied ....the Auto-start is OK...the compressor suction is fine ...but when i turn on the AC...there isnt considerable increase in RPM....and that is why today during a turn in 2nd gear i felt vibration.

Last but not the least..Heating ...well the needle does cross the half mark a little ...even in the morning ...Now i think ...its radiator or what??? Any suggestions on where to go about now?

Get a big Radiator.

Try Baleno's original Radiator i know its big but it will fit in by some alteration and will work fine.

Yar I have already got Corolla 88 radiator which is in a very neat and clean condition....Car is heating up in traffic jams without AC as well...The heat gauge goes well above 50%...

What to do...????

hmm did ur mechanic used double gaskit?

Waisa yaar Charade engines dun heat up this much there is some thing wrong with the engine

No, man...the mechanic put in single gaskit as there was no significant facing done before. The surface difference was minuscule.
The engine is fine, and technically it shouldnt heat up he says. I do job, so dont have time to go to him again ..for a re-check ...
Any more suggestions are appreciated on this issue..

Bro apne bataya nai k apka masla hal hogya tha 2009 mae ya nai? heatup ka q k is mae crak ajatay hain head mae and u have to change the Head to get rid of this issues , i wasted my 10 k yesterday before getting qabli head ,so its better on 1st suggestion put another part instead of investing more and more on dead head !

Bro do let me know if the head change, then so the engine number??? Because i have heard engine number in charade is stamped on head.... Plz do correct me...

Brother that sanden compressor is too big and heavy , i had it brand new in my 98 civic and even my car was overheating with it , i would suggest 2 things to you
1 : change the compressor from sanden to Daihatsu duet original compressor.
2 : deep clean your cars radiator.
