Ok Guys !! I am back ...
Got the Engine Head opened. When shown to "Kaharadiya" , he told us that the head has neevr been faced before, and it just requires little bit of facing. Head was faced.
During fitting it was observed that both timing seals were leaked ..:)...got them changed too....
When the Head fitting was about to complete, it was observed that few drops of Power Oil from Power Steering Pipe were leaked....got it wled on the spot ...
Finally the car was started and then it was adjustment for AC Vaccuum system in carburettor. I do not know Why it took so long to adjust CNG/AC setting ....Initially whenever the AC is truned on the engine RPMs go down (ideally it should rise)...The adjustment has been made but I am not fully satisfied ....the Auto-start is OK...the compressor suction is fine ...but when i turn on the AC...there isnt considerable increase in RPM....and that is why today during a turn in 2nd gear i felt vibration.
Last but not the least..Heating ...well the needle does cross the half mark a little ...even in the morning ...Now i think ...its radiator or what??? Any suggestions on where to go about now?
