The guy who told you to get a smaller radiator is right.
Because half the hot water in the radiator is going back to the engine without being cooled down. Also, the AC condenser will be in front of the radiator, so it is delivering its heat to your radiator causing it to heat up.
I have a similar problem. I have a small radiator, but the AC condenser is from a larger car, covering the radiator, and the space where the original AC condenser is supposed to be.
So either get a smaller radiator, and another fan for the AC condenser, or install another fan in front of the empty area (with proper space between the fan and the condenser). Also the area in front of the radiator must be free. The AC condenser must be on the side of the radiator, not in front.
As for your argument that Baleno has fan on only one side, that car is Baleno, not Charade.
And DO NOT get your cylinder head faced.
