Yes without thermostat valve and distilled water for flushing , coolant is to be filled soon inshallah
Yes its On since I bought the car. Its due to faulty clock spring.
did you change it in your vehicle then?
Nahi yeh mangwana hai abhee Aliexpress say soch raha hun but OEM mil jaey tu maza ajaey
do not install Aliexpress sourced clockspring for the airbag, Only buy new genuine toyota part.
Your dealer showrooms sell it.
Actually it will cost 10 times less than the OEM one
the airbag is not something to monkey about with - specially with a substandard part, That device can severely injure you.
Pay the 10 times more cost for your own safety.
bro one side you want everything ok n tip top in your car n other side you are buying cheap things which might get you in trouble in near future..
asa nahi karo bhai jan
U can easily source complete OEM steering wheel from Multan. There is a shop opposite to CNG near old spare part market shop. I forgot market name but there is a shop run by pathan. They got tons of kabuli stuff at very cheap rates.
Any OEM parts dealer for Toyota in Multan??
No more OEM spare parts for this model are being manufactured/available except brake pads and few rubber bushings.
The clockspring is modular and is used in a lot of different models.
It is still available as brand new part.
Installing a chinese copy part is a very bad idea, even scrapyard part will be better.
Update!!!So today I went to the mechanic to install the new Thermostat Valve I recently got from Karachi as previously I removed Tstat valve in summers as it was partially opening. At first glance the mechanic said that it is not the correct part according to his knowledge but I assurred him that I confirmed the part number online so he installed it and then filled water and started the car. When the needle reached middle it opened and after some time time the fan also started so he declared it Ok. Then I took it back to home but one strange thing I am noticing is the heater is throwing very hot air even at lower settings which is making me a little concerned that whether car is operating at normal temp or its overheating. Its needle still is at middle and the car is running Ok no knocking or loss of power but this heater thing is making me worried. Now how can I check its working as needle is at the middle all the time and both upper and lower hose are hot like water is circulating through them.Below the is the picture of tstat valve
One more thing I want to add is , 82'C was written on the tsat valve
Did you keep the setting on heater ? IS it a good thing or bad thing ? did you change your setting to cold and check the air blow or checked AC performance?
Hmm AC par kr k bhee halki halki warn air aati hai but woh tu itna issue nahi hai bcoz uska talluq tu door say hoga but my point is k itni hot air kyun hai bhai???
Aik aur chawal wajh gai mujh say k mainay gasket nahi mangwai tstat k saath aur purani waali farigh hogai thee khair phr mechanic k paas parhi theen us he may say aik fit krdi us nay jesay tesay kr k baaqi Allah maalik hai mainay tu apni taraf say poora homework kiya ab meray city may kuch milta nahi tu yeh meri qismat
you were experiencing weak heater performance before when the thermostat was missing, what you are experiencing now is correct. The heater should blow very hot air when the engine runs at normal temperature and you spin the dial to max heat.
so it means ur issue resolved. great
Can you please confirm is it the correct part?? And any way to check the coolant temperature??
