When I got the Tstat valve installed, my mechanic filled plain water through upper radiator hose and when water started to come out of hose he reattached it to radiator then he added remaining water in radiotor and reservoir and instructed me not to open either cap or reservoir bottle till morning and then before starting car on tomorrow morning topup the level in Radiator and bottle. He also added that this is the standard procedure for adding coolant for the first time with Tstat Valve inside and also you will not be able to fill the radiator completely at home by just adding coolamt through radiator and reservoir and one should follow this approach. PW's kindly suggest the correct method as I want to add coolant myself at home and not by mechanic this time

@Xulfiqar Sir is there any specific method of burping air/ waiting for tstat to open to fill more coolant??

There are many ways.

One requires a vacuum pump setup,
One requires a no spill funnel (easy to diy in pakistan)

One requires nothing but time.

Take your pick.

Its also dependant on the car itself.

I have this type of funnel
But coolant spills when radiator is filled, I have watched in some videos they fill extra 1/2 quart into the funnel until Tstat Valve opens and such remaining from Funnel. Btw my car is Corolla Altis 1zzfe so any specific method to burb air

Google a no spill funnel, you just need to make a cap adapter, then just jam this funnel in.

For toyota altis, its very easy, once the tstat opens, add coolant till its not bubbly,

Cap radiator and test for hot air inside cabin, once you have hot air, you are good to go. Just check the overflow tank for the next 2 days, it will go down as radiator cap burps more air.

Actually someone warned me that adding cold coolant when engine gets hot is dangerous as it may cause deformation of head due to thermal shock thats y I am asking you all this. When I was flushing the system without tstat, it was easy to fill the cooling system as pump sucks remaining water just after starting the engine.

The system is self bleeding as thermostat has jiggle pin in it.

When final adding of coolant to burp air, you are adding about 400 ml at max, that too very slowly, so there will be no thermal shock.

Today went to Toyota Dealership for this issue. They checked with OBDII scanner and said that Airbag ECU has to be changed which they dont have

did they used Toyota Techstream to diagnose the system?

This means that your car has been smashed, the airbag ecu will have the odometer and speedometer data of when exactly the car crashed and the bags were deployed.

Yes they attached OBDII scanner and used a software with Red theme I am not sure about its name but it was Toyota's own software then he check out for any impact inside bonut and said there is not hit

They only provided invoice bill in which under column of additional observation they mentioned
"SRS ECU and SRS Floor Wire need to be replaced" and thats all. Also they said we do not have these parts available so you to find out at scrap yard

Did they give you the error code print out or forgot about it, its a list of errors extracted from the car.

Srs (airbag) ecu never goes bad itself, it locks itself when your car is in accident as its used for forensics later on.

No they didn't give me list of error codes instead they only gave a page on which recommendation is given "SRS ECU and SRS Floor Wire to be changed".
I think there was only one error code I dont remember exactly but I will now go again to Toyota and ask them to give these details

Update!!!
So finally I added coolant after 4-5 flushes. But the real challenge was that :
1) Whenever I opened the radiator drain plug only hardly 3.5 liters of water came out and 2.5 liters remained inside engine block and heater core etc.
as total capacity of cooling system was 5.7 liters (600ml of overflow tank also included)
2) To completely drain I had to open block drain plug which I couldn't due to lack of gadgets.
3) To maintain a 50/50 ratio I had to add 2.85 liters coolant into the system but as I mentioned above I could only add 3.5 liters into the system so prediluting of Antifreeze to 50% would decrease its ratio after addition into the system as there was already 2.5 liters of pure water present.
4) So I simply added concentrated coolant and then remaining space with distilled water and started engine until fan started twice and done.
