Engine oil and gear oil for city 2007

Hello all

As the topic says im looking for a decent engine and gear oil for my car city 2007
Currently im using shell ultra 5w40 fully synthetic
And vic oik filter
Gear oil is recently changed to zim ff 75w85 gl4
I dont why but i dont feel a difference after oil change
Gear is same as it was
I have been through the forums
Some people say use genuine mtf from honda
Some say use zic
And Xulfiqar bhai said that use delo gold 15w40 diesel engine oil for gear
Im pretty much confused now
I dont even know exact quantity to be pured into the transmission
Car feel heavy
Avg is 10 to 12 in city and 13 on highway
Pick is a bit sluggish in initial gears as i said it feels a bit heavy
I have 3 questions now

1. Should i continue using the same oil?

2. What gear oil should i go for?

3. Any remedy for the heaviness?

Car is 74k driven and it seems genuinly driven according to the condition
When i got the car it was driving pretty smoothly then

tramission oil change with heniune one. zic is ok too

I have already changed to zic but no difference felt
The gear still gets stuck in cold start
And the little bit whinning sound is still there
Thats why asking if zic is an appropriate oil for this car

Seriously i think pakwheels is no help now
All senior members have left

Im facing this issue as soon as i release the pedal the car gives a jerk and starts slowing down
What is the problem?

if problem is still there than change tranmission oil with geniune one. and go for complete tuning of ur car. hope problem will resolve

Im already thinking of doing that
But i also want to ask if j should flush the transmission with kerosine
Is it safe?
Actually its not the gear that troubles me that much
Main problem is that jerk after which car loses power abnormally

there might be cluch plate issue. as it has done 76k driven. check with some mechinic. after change oil how many km driven ? as it takes few time and kms to get smooth. kesosen oil will be risky. if after 1 to 2k kms its dont get smooth than change its transmission oil with geniune one. and ask mechinic to use some high pressure air so oil drain completely

Wait. DO NOT PUT KEROSENE IN YOUR GEAR BOX.
As Zulfiqar bhai has always suggested. Put in Delo Gold Ultra in your HONDA MANUAL GEARBOX. The genuine Honda MTF is basically same thing. Now coming to that jerk, have your car checked by good mechanic, it might be related to clutch plate and pressure plate.

Bro clutch is good no issues
Tire spin is there
And no pick issues full pedal
I have also downshifted at a high speed and it seemed good

Before it was perfectly fine
Im not trusting mechanics anynore
Recently changed gear oil and he damn confidently poured 2.5 ltrs of tranny oil and said sir itna hi dalta hai
Yesterday i opened the check nut to see if its exess and guess what approx 800ml of oil cam out
Had got my steering done from a mechanic and he ruined it
Its hard as hell

Clutch is fine maybe pressure plate
How can i check the pressure plate?
Seriously mechanics have given me headaches
Really not in the mood to ruin the car further
I have also read GURU posts on delo gold
Thats why i was asking how can i flush the transmission to take out all the gunk and pour delo gold
