Engine oil for 1nz-fe/fxe and 2nzfe

Aslam O Alikum guys
As we know toyota pours 20w50 in xli gli and altis

But worldwide 5w30 or 10w30 is used and since winter is coming as well
So what oil should be used in above engines for optimally functionality

Suggest brand name, viscosity and and API grade

i think 5w30 total is batter for catalayytic converter vehicles and shell for non catalaytic old models
