i cannot see a drop but the shifter boot is wet may be it drops while driving.

Check your speedometer cable first im facing same problem these days at first i also thought it was shifter leak but then i saw this leakage....
Dont worry about few drops leakage if it falls little bit then use as it is and change your gear oil to zic for now.... When did you change oil last time?

nopes how can i check that? the mechanic says it has no gauge there are only two bolts one for pouring in the oil and the second one for flushing it.

You need to...
1.check leakage from speedometer cable it will be overflowing from top....
2.open your speedometer cable and check from. Above if you can see gear oil or not...
3.change gear oil to Zic 75w85 2.3litre EXACT not less or more...order this from zic website online free home delivery as its fake in the market ps you can use it afterwards even if you want to change seal...
4. After these 3 steps check leakage if its little bit then use liqui moly gear leakage stop it will help stopping leakage... But if leakage is too much then go for seal replacement
And do this ASAP!

I bought the cultus back in January 2017 with 30,000 km driven and now it is around 50,000km..
About after how km gear oil should be changed?
Which best gear oil?
How to check gear oil?
When i change gear from 3 to 4 it makes some noise and also when down from 5 to 4,occurs same.

Cultus doesn't have a dipstick for gear oil there are two bolts one for topping up and the second one for flushing, I guess the limit for gear oil is 40k.
Assuming that you bought the car with 30K mileage so the previous owner wouldn't have thought of changing it. so just go ahead and get it changed before you run into problem's like i am facing

Just open up filler nut and fill gear from there as soon as it overfill...it will be at full mark
