Engine Oil For Cultus

I have just bought a cultus euroII 2014 model kindly advise which grade engine oil should i use. Also advise what needs to be check and done before start of use.
Your expert advise will highly be appreciated.

5w30 or 10w30 from any reputed brand
Also check schedule if gear oil, coolant and brake oil needs to be replaced
