Any 10w-40 oil meeting api sg/sh/sj will be good for your car make sure oil ventilation is good in your engine and engine runs at optimum temp (not dead cold) you can use suzuki sgo premium (silver) or kixx G

To check for oil ventilation there will be two pipes on tappet cover going to intake on your car check both they should be rubber soft and not plastic hard also one pipe will have pcv valve in it reomve that valve shake it it should rattle and if isnt rattling change ot with new part if it is rattling just clean it with carb cleaner and put it back
About synthetic oil kixx G is semi synthetic
