Cutting shortly and ending it here from my side:

1. I think you misunderstood . You said 5500km and i replied that even now Toyota also takes into consideration nob of starts and how long the engine remained running idle so technically your 5500km driven oil means it detoriated to around 6500 to 7000kms approx.

2. I 100% agree with you regarding Taglon poor quality. I agree its Toyota's local dealers & IMO Indus moto / malifide intention to put Taglon & Petron till 50000km(Warranty period) after wards to hell with the customer.

3. Regarding Turbo Civic 0W-20 is primarily recommended for its complex and small oil passages & Orifices plus the prime thing to make the oil reach Turbo charger within min time during cold start and efficient cooling before hot shut down apart from lubrication. My Best buddy working with OPEL in Germany a UET Lahore Graduate occasionally used to have discussions with me according to him every Turbo charged engine needs ultra thin oil with preferably PAO or min SN Grade (The oils which are way higher in quality as compare to normal mineral oils like SM SL) oil for Turbo charger quick lubrication and cooling for avoiding oil coking. The bar range of 0W-20 despite being thinnest is max on both sides i.e. remains thin in cold winter starts and at the same time did not loose its properties under high temp operation. The blackening / darkening of oil means that its detergent capabilities are very good plus its property to retain carbon impurities in suspended form is excellent i.e. carbon is not being embedded within the engine internals. Very less contaminated clear typo oils after use are alarming brother!

4. Again 100% true, i also felt that in my Corolla Grande 3500-4000 km engine sounds rough as compare to Mobil 1 (The oil inventor company of the world). True a good oil provides superior sludge and impurities control i.e. to keep them in suspended form...

5. Industrial and Auto engines are totally identical in nature as they are IC engines..... The hair line difference is they used to run at constant RPM whereas Automobiles due to varying rpms are termed as dynamic engines...... and dynamic engines are more under stress my dear.

6. Honda is stretching Oil filter whether its from Thailand or Guard because its using air filters Oil mist type (Wet type) due to which pollutants dry dust ingression through intake is relatively less as compare to dry paper type used in Toyotas that's why Oil contamination is less and can be prolonged but not oil.... may be its safe to run PAO oils straight upto 10000kms in one go in this specific scenario but key point is Honda is manipulating with both air and oil filters to enhance life.

7. Sure extensive engine issues will come when the Oil cannot go beyond 5000kms.... I agree and i have serious reservations on Total provided oil for Honda Vehicles also but not on viscosity grade which is 0W-20.... if we put even 5W-30 or 10W-30 Oil in Turbo or Oriel still it will give adverse effects due to its inferior quality over 5000 kms.

8. I advised that one can give sample to PCSIR for un-baised actual results as Oil companies some times shares fav results from there side. No need or dependent to disclose your link.... its easy

Salam Haseeb bhai. Today I went to LM outlet for injection cleaner then I asked the guy to check my gear oil and he said it's never being changed the seal is not opened. And its 106000 driven. I guess it should get changed at 80k for the first time isn't it. Then I asked for gear oil so sugested LM ATF 1200 which is 1400/L. And he said that the time interval is 80k to 90k and 1500rs for labour. And that it contains 4 to 4.5 liters. Its 14 old shape altis cruisetonic. And if you go to toyota company there oil do 40k and that their labour charges are high. So which one I should go for ? Any recommendation ?

Go to toyota I would say. LM gear oils are universal type. They’re not meant for one specific transmission.

One question more. I want to pour LM engine oil in my car. As I have heard it's the best one in pakistan one should get. So which one you recommend LM 5W-40 synthoil high tech or LM 5W-30 top tech 4200 ? And also the filters and intervals. And some Info about fuel filter too. I'm sorry asked too many but would much appreciate if you help me out here.

Change fuel filter at this much mileage. I had it cleaned at 40k and it was full of dirt.
Purchase from 1s dealer hamza younus:
0333 5269284 purchase genuine oil filter/airfilter from him as well.
Clean catalytic convertor from motorclean if you’re in Lahore or Islamabad. Get throttle body service as well.
As far oil is concerned, pour engine oil flush first than change to liqui moly 5w40 synthoil hightech only, all other oils of LM are semisynthetic in Pak. Only this one is fully synthetic and 10w60.

Today I went to toyota capital i-9 for the gear oil as it was late. They said come tomorrow because it will take 2 to 3 hours. And the charges they told were about 11k i-e, 7500 for oil "4 liter" , 3000 for labour and 300 to 400 hundred for somthing else.
I also asked the prices for oil and air filter they were 1660 and about 3.5k respectively.

Atf 1400 is for cvt, but they recommend it for toyota cvt fe as well as cvt tc. Both oils are different from each other.

Im have added Talgon 5w-50 fully syenthetic almost one week later in my Altis 1.8 is it good or should i go for anyother engine oil ? Currently it is 25000 km driven please guide me

100% genuine products from him. He’s toyota authorised 1s dealer. I’ve checked air filter and oil filters from him. They were genuine while toyota guys said it’s not genuine, ours is genuine. I compared toyota oil filter from stealerships and from Hamza younus as well and both were same thing. It’s just that these stealerships want to loot people by selling products at 200% than actual price.

I purchase oil and air filter from authorised dealer of mobil, he’s a friend as well. Oil filter is 900rs and air filter is 1600rs which is 100% genuine, and made in Thailand.
