Used LM 5w40 for 25k kms only than shifted to mobil 1 5w50. Both are best. Mobil 1 is api SN fully synthetic, liqui moly is api sm fully synthetic.

Another thing I drive my car very less means it covers around 1k in a month so would the time effect the oil and filter ? Like what if I cover 7 to 8 in 8 months. Is it okay changing oil and filter after 8 months ?

The person said change oil filter after every 5k no mater what oil you use. I'm saying this because when I checked their ATF WS there was a sticker missing.
