Get any 0w20 with genuine oil filter
You can get oil filter from parts central, and oil from any shop, just make sure you buy geniune stuff

Last year, from parts central, Toyota Genuine Air Filter 2800
Oil filter, Toyota Genuine 1000, Bosch 1400
