Hi,

I have Vitz 1999, what should be the best engine oil in current extremely hot weather.

Previous owner was using ZIC 15W 40.

Engine swap in 2016, current mileage 130000. No smoke.

I think 10w-30 would be fine.

10w-30 or 10w-40 should be fine with your car.

Thanks, i am thinking for 10W-40 which brand is best. I am thing about shell instead of ZIC.

Shell is good. But it is semi synthetic where as Zic 10w-40 is fully synthetic ( a little expensive but better protection)
