Most of the mechanics and Toyota 3s change it via desi jugaari way.

I.e. open the drain bolt or also the pan in addition to that, measure the amount that comes out, then pour Back the same amount.

So you will likely face the same method. I don't know who in Karachi uses the proper method, I'm not from there

My suggestion is to use either of 1. Total Quartz 9000 Future Series 5w-30, 2. Shell Semi-Synthetic 5w-30, and / or lastly, 10w-30 by Caltex Havoline (I would sincerely recommend it in your particular case).

Just change oil + oil filter after regular intervals.

Ensure that oil is 100% genuine and original, and you are good to go!

Shell and Havoline offer engine oils, whereas Catalytic Converter cleaning does not depend on engine oils. It depends the most on fuel and its quality.

If it has not been replaced in recent times, I would suggest to replace it.

In fact I would sincerely suggest to change all the lubes and other stuff; gear oil, coolant, brakes fluid, etc. after proper flushing.

Nope. Check lights might appear, and exhaust systems might get disturbed, resulting in bad fuel efficiency.

Oxygen / O2 sensor will also get affected if you remove it.
