From your statement I feel that you are confused in brand but brands comes later first you must know which Grade is required as per manufacturer's recommendations, some engine needs 0w20, some 5W30, some 10W40 it all depends upon the manufacturer's recommendations.
Later on brand which is easily available, your pocket allows and you have more trust, Now in Pakistan there are good options available in Market to opt from best to mediocre like AMSOIL, VALVOLINE, MOBIL, CHEVRON Lubricants like Havoline & Kixx, Castrol then German brands like Liqui Moly, FUCHS and Japanese Imported ENEOS (Available only at ATTOCK Petrol Pumps), in past such options were not available.
In reasonable price Kixx oils are good option, it?s a value for money. KIXX 5w30 SN/CF and KIXX 5W40 PAO SN/CF ACEA C3 are good options to opt having latest additives & grading which ensures more protection / cleanliness as compare to their locally blended contenders in the market but first see owner's manual and get manufacturer's recommendations from there.
Grading is most important to be taken care of as per OEM recommendations & Climate conditions, for Pakistan recommended grading is 5W30 or 5W40 SM or SN in reputable oil brand (fully synthetic is best).
