Engine Overhaul and No Initial Run

Hello Every Body Eid Mubarak
Guys my car engine need to be overhauled. But the Problem is i really cant do running. the car is randomly driven by my Mom, My Dad, My Bro, My driver and My Self. and this thing aside due to my father polite nature no matter what whoever ask for car to my father my father dont deny (As well as another car also driven randomly.).
Long story Short take my words. i gurantee no running will be done after overhauling. already few months ago we installed rings but due to poor running. car need to be overhauled again.
one suggestion is after overhauling keep the engine idle start (dont know for how long) will this method work? If so for how long should i kept engine running idle and with which fuel source cng or petrol?(For idle start)
waiting other suggestions if any.

Just get it overhauled. The concept of taking the car on a highway at high speeds cannot be applied to Pakistani cars...

Lahore is huge; each place will take you 30 minutes to get to. Your running would be no problem. You'd be able to complete the running pretty easily.
Which car is it??

Bro thats not the case. we endup selling the cars. after remaking the Engine.
-Suzuki dabba sold out. reason Engine overhauled but... need reoverhaul
-Toyota Corona sold out. reason Engine. overhauled but... need reoverhaul
Now we got suzuki Alto. driven for 7 years. i must say engine performed his duty before getting prolematic.

on CNG or petrol?

the thing i want to ask is it possible to do running of the car in Idle start on petrol or on CNG.

some mechanic told me many years back that after overhaul, you can start the car and leave it on idel the whole night and that is more or less equivalent to running...

plzzz tell me if this makes sense or is just bull????

But it's recommended to do an initial run on petrol not CNG.

well doing running after engine overhaul become a serious problem. some people might think i am talking rubbish.

well the overhauled engine is not equal to new engine. according to my experience. overhauled engine need very special care in running. But you know putting the orignal new engine of this car will lead to other troubles. the registration and resaling trouble.

using low quality oil can even cause problems after overhaulin i guess...which oil did u use after overhauling?

@huebleu... Don,t overhaul ur engine. just change the engine assembly...so assembly don,t need running...just change it and enjoy ur daily drive .no worries about ur engine running....its my advice.

what do you mean by changing engine assembly. i didnt get the exact idea what are you talking about but sounds intresting. what will be expense
do you mean to say i will be using all new internal engine parts keeping the engine housing orignal? (so that engine number dont change)
