Engine rattling sound on cold start

Assalamualikum Everone !!

I have Mira 2006 L ; I am facing an issue with cold start... there is a rattling sound for 2 to 3 sec in cold start.
My Mechanic is saying that this issue is due to the engine oil pump that take time to pump the oil in tappet (as per my opinion this is not the issue)

also,

during drive when car reaches above 80 km/h, a very low rattling sound (grrr grrr) start .... when i pull my foot off the accelerator...that annoying sound vanished...

Please suggest me how to tackle this issue.

I will try this, hopefully it works for me.

I used 20-50 Total ..

source of parts for JDM cars / suvs are Scrapyards and thats' for a fact. it has no reference of old school new school approach for life sir
