Whenever my toyota passo 2006 reaches 60km/h engine shut down and it takes 3-5 mins ito start again. and one more problem i have seeing recently that RPM drops after breaks and engine shut down.
visit a workshop get it scanned. i'd recommend to get the fuel pump / fuel filter checked. The fuel filter sack in pump may be clogged and fail to pump fuel with required pressure.
