Engine Swap Finally Done in B12

Ahmed raja liquoy moly has different oils. The oil star@2 is telling goes 12k km. And doesn't causes any damage. It's expensive as compared to other oils. German company. Very famous. Liquoy moly 10w40 to be specific 4900-/rs

I have been using engine oil in sumps upto 10L like small block chevy v8 and merc amg v8, and have been using Mobil 1 0W40 fully synthetic and i used to have 20K kms OCI, a normal car in pakistan would have 4 oil changes in this mileage. and even after 300k miles engines were rock solid because it was not just the oil but also the fleece filters which were guaranteed to work even for 25k kms.

Well to be honest. I've never faced this issue. I've been using it on my QG15 and now on 18 too.

A very simple test, ask that company in writing that they will pay for a new engine if yours conks out following their mileage. If you remember the old Mobil1 ad campaign where they showed they ran a car for 1 million kms and then tore down the engine for checking it. The fine print on the end of the ad read - "following engine manufacturer recommended oil change intervals"

the rated kms for the oil maybe written for an engine that runs 2 oil filters, 3 extra efficient air filters, a preheating system and a 20 litre sump capacity and is run in ideal conditions all day long.

Thats why the manufacturer of the engine is followed and not the blender of the oil unless you are doing used oil analysis on given intervals.

e.g. lets take a honda cd70, should a user pour 0.7 litre of this oil and use it till 12,000 kms?

Well, you're right maybe in Germany mostly cars are like Volkswagen merc and they might be having the setup you're describing. So this oil might be according to those and people selling oil here are promoting the same mileage. Not telling with respect to our cars.

Finally Got My Bluetooth OBDII working on my QG18DE, well Torque is still giving some issues but Nissan Data Scan is working perfectly and fetching/clearing fault codes perfectly.
Here is the output of 3 codes all the time.

nai chalaya yaar mene itna .... oil seller told me its 12k kms good but i changed it at 7k km last time. after that change, it has again 4-5k kms on this new oil.. Kara leyta hoon change yaar

power steering ka sensor wire-up karo. it is located on main power pipe which is rubber one.. at the very end of it. Two wires.

measure the airflow in g/sec - it should be 1.8 g/sec at idle.

@xulfiqar I tried but in NDSII there is no option to switch Air Flow Meter from V to g/sec.
I will try some other app to resolve this issue.
Torque Pro is good app but I dont know why it is not working. Might be some add-on needed to be installed.

@star2 Yes bro I already purchased that pipe and it is installed but the sensor is unplugged till now as the pipe other side is for now fitted on jugar, means welding way. I have arranged a proper T shape pipe for that last weekend and as I told earlier I go for logics so I am going to install it on the company genuine place i.e near the Right Side Strut.

by the way i have spent almost 10,000 on power pipes and bottle only.... if you want a headache free solution you have to overhaul the piping system and check for every minor leaks and find appropriate original pipes both for body and engine.

After too many days today again Accelerator stucked and engine was not taking RPM more than 1350 REV on pressing full pedal. Thanks to Allah that I had the bluetooth working adapter. I instantly plug that adapter and started NDSII and found 2 new DTC as below.
P0120 TPS code
P1805 Brake Switch/Circuit
@star2 YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED AGAIN. I think due to Brake Switch it is creating all problems.

Seems poor throttle to me. As see Tps means throttle position sensor.

So in ethrottle. Tps is embedded in ethrottle.

There is possibility that brake switch circuit P1805 is not connected and due to this ECM is throwing P0120 code. As the car is running and on pressing brake near some hurdle like speed breaker it turns off if I kept the clutch press. So might be my electrician guess will be right.
He is guessing that due to no brake signal ECM thinks that the throttle is stuck at certain speed and puts the car in Fail Safe Mode in which it only allows 1350RPM so the car can be taken to the workshop at low speed only.
