From last few days my gennie was giving a problem, like pressing accelerator a little bit it did not take the race properly and giving alot of jerks, whereas pressing accelerator more it becomes normal. Same was happening when leaving accelerator when the engine comes to specific RPM it again started jerking and didnt took accelerator. At the same time I parked the car on the road side and plug my ELM327 in OBDII port and started diagnosing using NDSII on my mobile and found DTC for TPS.
Today I was going towards my electrician and fortunately in front of his workshop while I was taking turn the car jump on the braker and it completely stopped and denied to take race. After alot of tries it didnt even start and seems like its self starter is moving freely and not rotating the flywheel. Well we pushed the car to his workshop and upon connecting my OBDII I found the following DTC.

I already took the spare throttle body with me and few coils, because I was expecting that coils are weak enough and may be needed to be replaced. But it wassomething else.
When I asked the electrician to check ETC harness we came to know that it was not properly connected, so he started its operation and open that harness and tighten its clips from inside and then reinsert it. Then he reset the ECM by unplugging battery cable for a while and started the car, it just took a second and everything was normal. The same first day joy of driving is restored today again.
